Our Process
We begin everything with our relationship and transparency focused sales process, where we hone in on your specific mining needs. Once we’ve determined the ideal solution for you, our team will kickoff the order intiation process. After that, we get started on a design that will be manufactured all under one roof. You’ll be updated at every milestone.
In addition to the quality control that happens at each step throughout the production process, final QC tests will be done once the full unit is assembled. Upon completion, equipment is delivered and unloaded, and installation begins. We provide the option to have a DELV representative on-site to provide additional support if you need it. Even once your equipment has been installed, our team is always here to provide the highest level of support with troubleshooting issues and maintaining your equipment.

A mining operation is no small investment, so we want you to have absolute confidence in our partnership. The very first step of the entire process is ensuring that we’re a good fit for each other. We encourage you to get to know us, whether that means giving us a call or coming to tour our facility.
Introductory Call
After you have made a decision that DELV may be a good fit for your mining operation, schedule a call with one of our team members where we will better introduce ourselves and our products, and get to know you, your company, and project as well as specific infrastructure needs.
Planning / Technical Call
If we both determine we are a good fit to work together, we would recommend a more detailed second call where we answer any initial technical questions you may have and create a plan for exactly which DELV products you need (model, shelving height, total MW).
Project Quote
DELV will work to provide a formal quote based on the project/ deployment plan.
Quote Review/ Q&A / Site Visits
We can schedule additional calls as needed to review details of quotes, answer any process or technical questions, and can also facilitate a site visit to meet the DELV team, engineers, and tour our state of the art manufacturing facility.
Final Steps
If you decide to proceed with a purchase, we will work through sales agreements, PO’s, and invoicing. Once a deposit is paid your order is considered in progress and our manufacturing team will begin the ‘Design and Material Sourcing’ phase.
